Cardiac Yoga and Stress Management came out of Dr. Dean Ornish’s program for reversing cardiovascular disease. Yoga postures are gentle and modified to ability. Breathing, deep relaxation, and mediation exercises help students reduce stress and connect to their own wellspring of healing. Medical clearance required.
Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis combines modified gentle yoga postures with movement exercises to improve motor sensory skills, strength, stamina, balance, and coordination.
